My honest review
I've studied at Feng Cha in person. It's a bubble tea / café at 9889 Bellaire Blvd Ste C316, Houston, TX 77036, and it earned 5 out of 5 stars on my study scale.
On my visits the wifi is confirmed and there were plenty of outlets, which is the main thing I care about when I'm settling in for a few hours.
If you go, grab a seat away from the register — that's usually the quietest corner and the easiest place to spread out a laptop and notes.
