I've studied at Fresso Coffee & Tea in person. It's a café / coffee & tea at 4899 Hwy 6 Ste 116C, Missouri City, TX 77459, and it earned 4 out of 5 stars on my study scale.
On my visits the wifi is confirmed and there were plenty of outlets, which is the main thing I care about when I'm settling in for a few hours.
If you go, grab a seat away from the register — that's usually the quietest corner and the easiest place to spread out a laptop and notes.
