I've studied at Shaghf Cafe - Sugar Land in person. It's a café / coffee at 350 Promenade Way Ste 100, Sugar Land, TX 77478, and it earned 5 out of 5 stars on my study scale.
On my visits the wifi is fast and there were plenty of outlets, which is the main thing I care about when I'm settling in for a few hours.
If you go, grab a seat away from the register — that's usually the quietest corner and the easiest place to spread out a laptop and notes.
